Integrating Bonusly with Josys enables IT Admins to view user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Bonusly, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, account creation timestamp, and details of when the user was last active.Note: Josys supports multiple Bonusly integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Bonusly admin account.
- Core, Pro, or Custom plan.
- An API key
Locating the API key
Step 1: Log in to Bonusly using an admin account.Step 2: On the User Profile menu, select Account Settings and click Services. Click Create New API Access Token. Copy the API token.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Bonusly from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API key copied in the earlier section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
