Integrating Confluence with Josys enables the IT Admin to view accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Confluence, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, group, external collaborator, and account type.
Note: Josys supports multiple Confluence integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Confluence admin account(A member of site-admins Group)
- The API Token and Admin URL
Locating the API Key and Application Key
Step 1: Log in to Confluence using an account with admin privileges. Navigate to the User Profile and select Manage Account.

Step 2: Select Create and manage API Tokens under the Security tab.

Step 3: Click Create API token.
Step 4: Enter an appropriate label for identifying the API Credential. Click Create to continue.
Step 5: Copy the API token, as you will use it in the further integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Confluence from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter Admin Email and Admin Url (e.g: https://{subdomain}.atlassian.net ) in the respective fields. Enter the API Token copied in the earlier step. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. Now, view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
