Integrating Dropbox Sign with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Dropbox Sign, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and subscribed services for HelloSign and HelloFax.
Note: Josys supports multiple Dropbox Sign integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Dropbox Sign Admin Account
- A Standard or Premium plan
- An API Key
Locating the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Dropbox Sign using an admin account. Select API and click the Generate key.
Step 2: Enter a suitable name for the API key and click the Generate key.
Step 3: Copy the API Token to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Dropbox Sign from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
