Integrating Podio with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Podio, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, and last login timestamp.
Note: Josys supports multiple Podio integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Podio admin account
- An Organization Name
Locating the Organization Name
Step 1: Log in to Podio using an admin account and open the Navigation menu.

Step 2: Copy the Organization Name to use later it in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Podio from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label. Enter the Organization Name copied in the earlier section. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
