Integrating Slack Enterprise with Josys enables IT Admins to view account details.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Slack Enterprise admin account
- A Slack Pro Account or Business Account plan
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Slack Enterprise from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Enter your workspace name and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Slack Enterprise using an admin account and select the organization you want to connect to. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
