Integrate Slack with Josys to:
- Fetch User Accounts, including their status, roles, and two-factor authentication status.
- View and Modify User License
- Monitor Privileged Access and
- Track Application Usage
Note: Josys supports multiple Slack integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Slack Admin Account.
- Slack Pro Account or Business Account.
- If installing apps is restricted in your workspace, please allow the account to install apps in the Manage Apps setting.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Slack from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification, and select your Slack plan. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Slack using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
