Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Duo, you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, last login, account creation, directory synchronization timestamp, and group.
Note: Josys supports multiple Duo integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Duo admin account
- A Duo Premier, Duo Advantage, or Duo Essentials plan for integration.
- The Integration key, Secret key, and API hostname.
Locating the Integration key, Secret key, and API hostname
Step 1: Log in to Duo using an admin account.
Step 2: Select Protect an Application from Applications. Search Duo Admin API and click Protect.
Step 3: Copy the Integration key, Secret key, and API hostname to use later in the integration steps.
Step 4: Select the following permissions to integrate Duo with Josys and click Save Changes.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Duo from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Hostname, Integration Key, and Secret Key copied in the earlier section, and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
