When you integrate Josys with Dropbox, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, group, email verification status, and timestamp of account creation.
- Perform actions: Create, suspend, or delete user accounts.
Note: Josys supports multiple Dropbox integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Dropbox admin account
- The Business plan
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Dropbox from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Dropbox using an account with admin privileges. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration process.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization to occur. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
