Integrating MongoDB Cloud with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with MongoDB Cloud, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, and date and time when the user last logged in and their account was created.
Note: Josys supports multiple MongoDB Cloud integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A MongoDB Cloud admin account.
- Shared, Serverless, and Dedicated plans for integration.
- Organization ID, Public Key, and Private Key.
Locating Public Key and Private Key
Step 1: Log in to MongoDB Cloud using an admin account. Select Access Manager from Organization Access and click API Keys. Click Create API Key.
Step 2: Copy the Public Key and Private Key.
Step 3: In case IP address restriction is enabled, please allow access from Josys
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select MongoDB Cloud from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Organization ID, Public Key, and Public Key copied in the earlier section, and click Next to proceed.
Organisation ID is the part of the URL following ‘org/’. For example if the url is https://cloud.mongodb.com/v2#/org/ 649178f49f95404cdc2804b /projects, 649178f49f95404cdc2804b is the Organisation ID.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
