Integrating Mailtrap with Josys enables the IT Admin to view accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Mailtrap, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Mailtrap integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Mailtrap admin account
- The API key
- A Team, Business, Premium, or Enterprise plan
Get the API Key
Step 1: Log in to Mailtrap using an account with admin privileges. Select API Tokens, under the Settings tab, and click Add Token.
Step 2: Enter an appropriate label for identifying the API Credentials, and select the checkbox under the Admin tab. Click Save.
Step 3: Copy the API Token, as you will use it in the further integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Mailtrap from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API key copied in the previous step, and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. Now, view and perform actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
