Steps to use Josys AI in the Devices
Step 1: Navigate to the Devices and click AI.
Step 2: Click Auto Import Data to begin the device import process.
Step 3: Upload, or drag & drop your device Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, or .xls) or CSV (.csv) file to upload the device data.
Step 4: Josys AI analyzes the devices' data and displays the updated list.
Step 5: Click Update Devices to apply the updates.
Step 6: You may also view the list of updates before applying by clicking Preview.
Step 7: The list of updated devices is displayed below.
Steps to Refine Device Assignment History
Step 1: Click Auto Import Data and then Upload, or drag & drop your device assignment history Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, or .xls) or CSV (.csv) file to upload the device data.
Step 2: Josys AI detects the updates in the file. You can view the detected changes by clicking Preview, or apply the updates by clicking Update Devices.
