Managing a large volume of data in multiple formats can be challenging. Josys AI Data Refinery streamlines the process by intelligently importing, cleaning, and mapping the User Profile data.
Steps to use Josys AI in the User Profile
Step 1: Navigate to the User Profiles on the left and click AI.
Step 2: Josys AI opens from where you can do any of the following:
- Resolve Key Issues
- Add Data
Resolve Key Issues
Step 3: Resolve user profile classification issues by clicking Auto Classify User Profiles.
Step 4: Josys AI analyzes the unclassified user profiles and displays the list.
Step 5: Click Review & Update to review and apply the updates.
Step 6: Select the user from the list to update their details and click Update User Profiles.
Rectify User Profile Identity Conflicts
Step 1: The AI will identify duplicate user profiles and resolve the identification issues by clicking Rectify UserProfile Identity Conflicts.
Add Data
Step 1: You can automatically import user profile data by clicking Auto Import Data.
Step 2: Upload, or drag & drop a user data Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm, or .xls) or CSV (.csv) file.
Step 3: The Josys AI detects the user's profile and categorizes them. Click Add User Profiles to add them to Josys.
To view the list of these user profiles, click Preview.
The User Profile details are updated. You can also track the status from Scheduled Tasks.
