Integrating Pipeliner CRM with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Pipeliner CRM, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, timestamp of account creation, updation, last login, and sales unit.
- Perform action: Inactivate a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple Pipeliner CRM integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Pipeliner CRM admin account
- The Region
- The Space ID
- API username and password
Locating the Region
Step 1: Log in to Pipeliner CRM using an admin account. Click Settings from the User Profile.

Step 2: Make a note of the selected Region to use later in the integration steps.

Locating the API Username, API Password, and Space ID
Step 1: Log in to Pipeliner CRM using an admin account. Select Administration from the Navigation Menu and click Obtain API Key.

Step 2: Click Create New.

Step 3: Enter the Name to identify the API key and click Create.

Step 4: Expand/click the desired record to view its details. Click Show API Access.

Step 5: Click Generate New. Copy the User Name, Password, and Space ID for later use in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Pipeliner CRM from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Region, API Username, API Password, and Space ID copied in the previous sections. Click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
