Integrating OnepageCRM with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

When you integrate Josys with OnepageCRM, you can view user account details, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple OnepageCRM integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An OnepageCRM Owner or Admin account
- The User ID and API Key for integration
- A Business or Professional plan
Locating the User ID and API Key
Step 1: Log in to OnepageCRM using Owner or Admin account.
Step 2: Access https://app.onepagecrm.com/app/api.
Step 3: Copy User ID and API key to use later in the integration steps.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select OnepageCRM from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the User ID and API Key copied in the earlier section and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
