Integrating Gorgias with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Gorgias, you can view:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status, roles, team, timestamp of the account creation and updation, and two-factor authentication status.
- Perform actions: Add and delete a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple Gorgias integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Gorgias admin account
- Starter, Basic, Pro, Advanced, or Enterprise plan
- A Subdomain
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Gorgias from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain. Click Next to proceed. Note: If the URL is https://myorganization.gorgias.com, then myorganization in your Subdomain.

Step 3: Log in to Gorgias using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
