Integrating Intercom with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.

When you integrate Josys with Intercom, you can: view a list of user accounts, including their status and roles.
Note: Josys supports multiple Intercom integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An Intercom Admin Account.
- Starter, Support, Engage, or Convert plan.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Intercom from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification and click Next to proceed.

Step 3: Log in to Intercom using an admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
