When you integrate Josys with Salesforce, you can:

Note: Josys supports multiple Salesforce integrations.
Supported Salesforce Environments and Editions
The Salesforce integration supports production environments. Salesforce sandbox environments are not supported.
The following Salesforce editions are not supported by default because API access is not included:
- Group Edition
- Essentials Edition
- Professional Edition
Depending on your Salesforce contract, API access may be available as a paid add-on. For details, refer to Salesforce editions with API access
Prerequisite
The Salesforce account used to establish the integration must be a System Administrator or have all the following system permissions:
- API Enabled
- Manage Users
- Manage Multi-Factor Authentication in API
- View All Data
Configure the Required Permissions(when not using System Administrator access)
If you are not using a Salesforce System Administrator account, create and assign a permission set to the account used for the integration.
Step 1: In Salesforce, go to Setup > Permission Sets and click New.
Step 2: Enter a name for the permission set, such as Josys Integration User, and create the permission set.
Step 3: Open the permission set and select System Permissions.
Step 4: Click Edit.
Step 5: Enable the following permissions and click Save:

Step 6: Assign the permission set to the Salesforce user who will establish the Josys integration.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Salesforce from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification and click Next to proceed.
Step 3: Log in to Salesforce using System admin account. Follow the guided steps to authorize Josys and complete the integration.
Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
