Integrating Codebase with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the account details.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Codebase, you can view a list of user accounts, including details such as their status, roles, projects, and groups.
Note: Josys supports multiple Codebase integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Codebase admin account
- The API Username and API Key
- A Hobbyist, Freelancer, Studio, or Agency plan
Locating the API Username and API Key
Step 1: Log in to Codebase using an admin account. Go to Settings and select My Profile.
Step 2: Copy the API Username and API Key for later use in the integration steps. Click Enable API Access.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Codebase from the App Catalog in the Apps section.
Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Username and API Key copied in the previous section. Click Next to proceed.
Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
