Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Aha! you can view a list of user accounts, including their status, roles, account created and last updated timestamp, user role, and paid seat to indicate the user's license.
Note: Josys supports multiple Aha! integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- An Aha! Admin Account
- A Roadmaps, Ideas, Create, or Develop plan
- The Subdomain, Client ID, and Client Secret
Locating the Client ID and Client Secret
Step 1: Log in to Aha! using an admin account. Click Settings and select Developer. Click the OAuth applications tab and then click Register OAuth application.

Step 2: Enter the Name for the OAuth application registration and enter https://app.josys.it/admin/integrations/callback/aha in the Redirect URL field. Click Create.

Step 3: Copy the Client ID and Client Secret to use later in the integration steps.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Aha! from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the Subdomain in the respective field.
For example, if the URL is https://my-organization.aha.io/, then my-organization is the Subdomain.
Step 3: Enter the Client ID and Client Secret copied in the previous section and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
