Integrating YouTrack with Josys enables the IT Admin to view the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with YouTrack, you can:
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform action: Delete a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple YouTrack integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A YouTrack admin account
- The API Key and the Subdomain for integration
- A Free or 11+ Users plan
Locating API Key
Step 1: Log in to YouTrack using an admin account.
Step 2: From the User menu, select Profile, and then click the Account Security tab. Under the Tokens section, click New token.

Step 3: Click Create to create a new token

Step 4: Click Copy token.

Locating Subdomain
Open your YouTrack admin account and copy the Subdomain from the URL
For example, if the URL is https://yoursubdmain.youtrack.cloud/, yoursubdomain is the subdomain.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select YouTrack from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label for identification. Enter the API Key and Subdomain copied in the earlier sections and click Next to proceed.

Step 3: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
