Integrating Brex with Josys enables the IT Admin to view and manage the user accounts.
Key benefits
When you integrate Josys with Brex, you can
- View: List of user accounts, including their status and roles.
- Perform action: Add a user account.
Note: Josys supports multiple Brex integrations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin with the integration, make sure that you have:
- A Brex admin account
- An API Token
- An Essentials or Premium plan
Locating the API Token
Step 1: Log in to Brex using an account with admin privileges.
Step 2: Select the Company settings from the User Profile menu at the right corner of the screen.

Step 3: The integration screen appears, from where select Developer from the Staging menu and click Create token.

Step 4: Provide a name for the API token, select the necessary access rights, and click Create Token.

Step 5: Grant the required access by allowing the appropriate permissions.

Step 6: Copy the API token for later use in the integration steps and click Done.

Steps to Integrate
Step 1: Select Brex from the App Catalog in the Apps section.

Step 2: Provide a suitable Label in the respective field.
Step 3: Enter the API Token in its respective field and click Next to proceed.

Step 4: After the integration is complete, allow some time for data synchronization. You can now view and perform required actions from the Managed Apps in the Apps section.
