By integrating Entra ID with Josys, you can enable SAML (Single Sign-On) authentication to log in to Josys seamlessly.
Set up Single Sign-On
Step 1: Log in to the Microsoft Entra admin center.
Step 2: Navigate to Applications, select Enterprise applications, and then select All applications. Click New application.

Step 3: Select + Create your own application.

Step 4: Enter App name (e.g: Josys SSO) and click Create. (You can ignore the message regarding an application being found for Josys).

Step 5: Once the App is created, open it and click Get started under Set up single sign-on ( you can also find this option in the side panel on the left).

Step 6: Select SAML as the single sign-on method.

Step 7: Under Set up Single Sign-On with SAML, click Edit next to Basic SAML Configuration. Copy and paste the following items from Josys.

Step 8: No change required for Attributes & Claims section.
Step 9: Copy Login URL and Microsoft Entra Identifier and input the values on Josys.
Downloaded Certificate (Base64) and open it via a notepad or a text pad and copy the entire contents of the certificate including the lines from Begin Certificate and End Certificate.

Step 10: Once everything is set on Josys click Save.
Step 11: To explicitly specify the users to whom the app is assigned, set Assignment required? to Yes in Properties page. Then under Users and groups page, select the users or groups to whom you wish to assign the app.
Step 12: Click on Certification Test to test the integration on Josys.
Step 13: Slide on Enable Single Sing-on.
