Here's how you can assign an Admin role to a user.
Steps to Delegating Admin Role
Step 1: Log in to Josys using your admin credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Security Preferences and select Permissions.
Step 3: Click Add.

Step 4: Select the Admin role option and click Add.

Step 5: A list of all onboarded users is displayed, allowing you to select a user to assign the Admin role.
Note: Only the list of users assigned to the app is displayed here.

Step 6: You may also use the search bar to find the user by name or email and select the user to assign the Admin role.

Step 7: On the following screen, select permission to grant access to the User Profile, Apps, and Devices.
a) Users:
- Users/Editor (with data export): You can allow the user to fully manage the user profiles, including the ability to export the user profile data.
- Users/Editor (without data export): You can allow the user to fully manage the user profiles, excluding the ability to export the user profile data.
- Users/Viewer: You can allow the user to only view the user profile details without making any changes.

b) Apps:
- Apps/Editor: You can allow the user to fully access all the apps.
- Apps/Editor (assigned apps): You can allow the user to fully access only the assigned apps.
- Apps/Viewer: You can allow the user to only view all app details without making any changes.
- Apps/Viewer (assigned apps): You can allow the user to only view all assigned app details without making any changes.

c) Devices:
- Devices/Editor (with data export): You can allow the user to fully access the devices, including the ability to export the device's data.
- Devices/Editor (without data export): You can allow the user to fully access the devices, excluding the ability to export the device's data.
- Devices/Viewer: You can allow the user to only view the device's details without making any changes.
Step 8: After making the selection, click Save to assign the Admin role to the user.

Step 9: Here, you are asked to confirm your selection. Click Save to apply permission to the role.

Permission Management: Edit & Delete
This article provides the steps to edit and delete a user's permission, ensuring user management and access control.
Step 1: Navigate to Security Preferences and select Permissions.
Step 2: Locate the User whose permission you want to Edit/Delete.
Step 3: Click and select Edit to modify the permission assigned to the Admin role, and Save or select Delete to remove the Admin role from the user.

Step 4: After selecting Delete, the following pop-up appears, where you need to click Delete. This will remove the Admin role from the selected user and assign the IT User role.
