By integrating Okta with Josys, you can seamlessly log in using SAML (Single Sign-On) authentication using your Okta credentials.
Steps to Integrate
Step 1 : Log in to Okta using an admin account. Navigate to the Applications menu and select Applications .
Step 2 : Click Create App integration .
Step 3 : Select SAML 2.0 from the options and click Next .
Step 4 : In the General Settings tab, enter an App name for identification and click Next .
Step 5 : In the Configure SAML tab, enter the Single Sign-On URL and Audience URL (SP Entity ID) copied in Configuring SAML (Single Sign-On) authentication on Josys.

Step 6 : Click Next.
Step 7 : Select the below and click Finish.
Step 8: Click the Sign on tab and click on View SAML setup instructions.
Step 9 : Input the items displayed on the screen to Josys.
When copying and pasting from the screen, copy the following items from Okta and configure them on Josys.
(To configure from a file, save the IDP metadata displayed under Optional at the bottom of the screen as an XML file and upload it to Josys.)

Step 10: Once everything is set on Josys click Save.
Step 11: In Okta, configure users or groups to utilise SSO. From the Assignments tab, click Assign, then select either People or Group to add them.
Step 12: Click on Certification Test to test the integration on Josys.
Step 13: Slide on Enable Single Sing-on.
