This article provides detailed steps to view and manage access review responses.
Steps to View Access Review
Step 1: Log in to Josys using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Survey and select Access Review.
The following screen is displayed, where you can view:
a. Status Tabs: Displays surveys categorized as All, Active, and Closed. Click the respective tab to view the related surveys.
b. Search Filter: Use this search to find a specific survey by its name or the associated app.
c. The access review list view includes:
- Survey Name/App Name: The Title of the survey and the associated app.
- Status: The current status of the access review—Active when the survey is open, and Closed when it has been completed.
- Created on/Created by: Shows the date the survey was created and the username of the person who created it.
d. New Access Review: This lets the user create a new access review survey.
Step 3: Click the row to open and view the survey details.

The following screen is displayed, where you can view:
a. Accounts: Displays the number of accounts associated with this app.
b. Status: All - Displays the number of users the survey was sent to, Pending - Displays the number of users who are yet to respond to the survey, and Responded - Displays the number of users who completed the survey
When a user has not yet responded to the survey, then "-" is displayed under each question. You can end the survey by clicking Stop Survey.

When a user has responded to the survey, the User's response is displayed under the respective question. You may know about the reviewer details by clicking the Reviewer.
