When a survey is sent to the employee, then the employee receives the survey notification in their email. Here's how an employee can send their response to the survey
Steps to Respond to the Survey
Step 1: Open the survey notification email and click Go to Survey.
Step 2: The survey opens where you can fill in your responses to each question. Click Next Question to proceed to the next question. You can provide a statement or a Yes/No response.
Step 3: You may click Prev Question to go back to the previous question if required.
Step 4: After answering all questions, click Submit to submit your responses.
Step 5: The confirmation message displays as follows, indicating the survey is completed. Once submitted, the user cannot take the survey again.
