This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to modify the user's role.
Step 1: Navigate to the Licenses under the Apps menu.
Step 2: Click the count displayed under the Assigned Licenses to access the details of the user assigned to the app.
Step 3: Click 
and select Edit Plan Details to modify the details of the license plan. Click and select Modify Role to modify the role of the user.
Step 4: Select the desired role from the Role dropdown menu and click Modify Role.
The user's role has now been successfully updated.
