This article explains the steps for editing and hiding the plan details.
Editing the Plan details
Step 1: Go to the app detail page which you wish to edit plan.
Step 2: Click on Edit Details to modify the details of the license plan.
Step 3: Make the necessary changes to the license plan details and click Save License Details.
Note: In case the license data was created automatically via app integration, some fields are not editable.
Hiding the Plan
Step 1: Go to the app whose plan you wish to hide.
Step 2: Click on Hide Plan to hide the plan.
Step 3: Click Hide Plan on the confirmation message. The plan will now be hidden.
Show Hidden Plans/Licenses
Step 1: Check Show Hidden Licenses ON to view the hidden licenses.
The license you previously hid is now visible, as shown in the following image. You can also view other hidden plan details with the "Hidden" tags under the Plan Name.
Step 2: To convert a Hidden Plan to a Regular Plan, click on Show Plan of the particular app. By default, these plans are hidden in Josys.
