Josys offers filtering of devices for each of the device columns. This makes it easier for you to look at specific data for specific conditions.
Sign in to the Josys portal with your Josys credentials.
Filtering and sorting device data
Step 1: Go to the Devices tab on the left menu
Step 2: If the column is a text field, you can search for the appropriate values in the search bar
Step 3: If the column is a drop-down or date field, click on Add a Filters and select the column you want to filter
Step 4: Select the required values from the selected filter and click Apply.

Step 5: You can view the filtered data in the device list
Step 6: You can reset the filters by selecting the Default Filters button
Step 7: Select the column headers to sort the data ascending or descending. Sorting is available on most of the columns, including Asset Number, Device Status, Device Type, etc
The filtered data can be revisited without having to set up filters again by using the View option.
Creating Views
Step 1: Go to the Devices tab on the left menu.
Step 2: Filter and sort the data as per your requirements.
Step 3: Click on the Save button on the right or the + icon near the view names.

Step 4: Input a name and click Save
Step 5: Your saved view will appear in the view section. You can select the required views to look at the filtered dataYou can export all your device data and also the device assignment history into CSV.
Exporting device data
Step 1: Go to Devices tab on the left menu.
Step 2: Select Export button.
Step 3: You have 2 options:
a. Export Devices to CSV File.
b. Export Past Assignment to CSV File.
Step 4: Click Export to download the data.
Step 5: The link to export will be available under Scheduled Tasks on the left menu and click on Completed.
