Josys allows you to export the bulk device data to a CSV File. The device details include the current device details or devices assigned in the past, based on your selection.
Steps to export data in bulk for devices.
Step 1: Click Export and select Export Devices details as a file on the Devices screen.
Step 2: A confirmation message appears when you try to export. Click Export.
Step 3: The file starts downloading. You can track the progress and download the exported file from Scheduled Tasks. On the Scheduled Tasks screen, click the Completed tab and select Export details to a file to export the file.
Step 4: The following screen appears from which you can download the CSV file. Click the Download CSV file to download and save the file.
Similarly, to export past assignments of devices select Export Past Assignments as a file option on the Devices screen.
