Josys provides an additional filter option that supports bulk operations. Let's say you want to assign the same model of devices to a user; then you can create a filter based on that specific model and assign the device to the user. This helps in quickly locating the devices and assigning them to the user.
Steps to Create a Filter
Step 1: Click Add a filter.
Step 2: Select an option for which you want to create a filter.
Step 3: Enter the related value in the field and click Apply Filters.
Step 4: This will display the search result based on the filter. Select the devices that you want to assign and click Next.
Step 5: You can change the assignment date and click Add. This will assign the selected devices to the user.
