You can manually add users to Josys. For large numbers of users, we recommend using either the Add Users Profiles via External Data Sources or the Import using CSV File option.
Steps to add users manually
Step 1: Select User Profiles from the left menu.
Step 2: Click Add and select Add User Profile.
Step 3: Fill out the fields mentioned in the pop-up box.

Step 4: After adding the details, click Add. The user profile is displayed as shown in the screen below. Once the user is added, you can perform various actions on it (depending on your admin rights) such as editing its details, promoting the user to admin, sending an email, deleting the user profile, and opening the user details in a new tab.
Note:
- The options vary depending on your admin rights.
- When you delete a user account, all associated apps and devices are unallocated.
After adding the user, you can allocate devices and apps to the user, register their identities, and monitor their app usage.
